Les Pouyouleix is a quiet hamlet, set in beautiful countryside within the Parc naturel régional Périgord-Limousin. It is a tranquil spot, yet within easy reach of many well-known places of interest, from châteaux, beautiful villages to prehistoric caves. This is an ideal place to unwind, to explore the many walks, bird watch, go horse riding, etc. First-class famous local produce is found in the traditional markets, while numerous restaurants in the vicinity invite you to enjoy the renowned Périgord cuisine.

La Petite Maison is a surprisingly roomy and comfortably furnished cottage with a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, sitting room, shower room (with WC) and two spacious bedrooms upstairs. A wood-burning stove and heaters provide heating if needed. The sitting room has a TV with DVD player, a hi-fi system, radio, a selection of books and games. Bedroom 1 with a double bed leads to bedroom 2 with two single beds plus a single folding bed. (If you have problems with stairs La Petite Maison may not be suitable for you.)

The large garden behind the cottage with garden furniture and the solar-heated pool, conforming to French security regulations, etc. invites you to relax, or you can explore this stunning part of the Green Périgord on our cycles for adults and children (plus a child’s seat).

The price per week includes bedlinen and towels, use of the bikes and the tourist tax.
